JOGGING!!!!

haha...tis few daes have been running....haha...i no its hard to believe but it's true...i oso find it hard to believe =x aniwae...i jog jus to keep myself fit...haha...but nw...my leg muscle gif mi pains la...so sian....but i'll still continue to jog till i'm fit for my NAPFA!!!!!
